Can see rootshare from my PC but cannot access it

I am trying to create a network share from my PC to unraid.  

 

I followed spaceinvaders video and I can see the share.  I just cant browse to it.  

 

With my firewall on I get the Network Drive is unavailable error.

 

I turned off my windows defender firewall and now it just sits at "Attempting to Connect"

 

I have SMB turned on for my PC but I cannot access the raid share.  Here is the permissions I put in SMB on raid
