Unable to access the unRAID GUI

Featured Replies

Hi,

My server randomly stopped working the other day and I haven't been able to get it back up and running. At first I simply tried restarting it, and I got to the following screen which showed the ipv4 IP address. When attempting to use that address, I could not access the GUI.

Then I tried booting straight into the GUI from the boot options menu. Once again, it was unable to connect:

Does anybody have any ideas on what I can try to get this back up and running? I'm at a complete loss. I should also add that not only can I simply not access the GUI, I can't access anything. Non of my docker containers start, or the array at all.

You have a system that has NOT completely booted.  I would start by running chkdsk on your flash drive.

Next thing to try is a memtst (Boot Option) and let it run for 24 hours.  (The built-in memtst will not find problems in ECC memory.)

EDIT: you could also make a new boot drive and just to see if that will boot.
