Kernel Panic every 2 weeks

Hello,

 

my system seems to be unstable. After about 2 weeks the system crashes with this kernel panic:

The Board is an Asrock c2550d4i with 32GB Ram. The logfile seems to be pretty normal while the system is up and runnig. Any ideas what is going wrong here? What can i do to identify and fix this error? This error appeared about 5 times until now.
