Question about moving files between disk shares and user shares.

 

1. will the mover move files if the files are on directly put on the disk share (/mnt/cache/share) instead of the usual /mnt/user/share path, will the cache setting change this (on, only, perfer)?

2. I was told never to move files from a disk share to a user share (or vice versa), when can't I do this?
