    Presumably you've got Dynamix File integrity installed, and it's run out of the maximum number of files it is able to watch.

     

    You can increase the number via installing Tips and Tweaks.

     

    Unused watches don't consume any extra memory, so you're safe to simply double to the amount of watches.
