How do i clean up the SSD?But I'm afraid my mistake will cause damage to the computer.

This does not really make sense to me!   That statement implies you are trying to remove dirt :)    I suspect you mean something else like erase the contents, trim it or something like that.

It used to be a testing machine.But now i am going to use it as my computer to teach my son,to get a clean computer,i am want to clean up or remove everything from it.

It is not just  that,i want to get an clean up the computer and free up space,only in this way,i can do other things better on the computer,i have uninstalled all the games software from the computer.Next i want to erase data and clean up SSD.

I suspect system recovery is needed, however this varies by manufacturer. You should consult the computer manufacturer for advice. This is not a general computing support area.

At first i thought that "Clean SSD" means physical cleaning.

But now.As for how to clean up SSD,the best thing about it is use data eraser,just like it : https://www.safewiper.com/ Which can wipe up anything from SSD or other devices.
