I want to stream multiple Streams in h.264 and h.265. Is this Overkill or ist enough for my needs? What about Power-Supply, do I need 550Watts? I want to have 10 3,5 drives and no graphics card.

Or do you recommend a Ryzen-Setup? I thought Intel would be great because of QuickSync.

    That PSU has 4 +12V rails. Single rail recommended.
