So I've had this problem for maybe 6 months. Not sure whats causing it. My dockers are sharing a 60 Megabyte limit. In SAB if i change the network from host to bridge or the other way around the first download will be full 100-110 Megabytes a second then the next download will be back to 60MB. When i create a VM and use SAB on the VM it works perfectly and speeds are fine. So it seems to be isolated to the dockers. I have a cache drive which is being used when downloading. I appreciate any suggestions
