Weird USB Controller Pass through problem

Hi All, 

 

I've successfully pass through a PCI USB Controller. Everything seems to have worked fine, however if i use my Plantronics headset it disables my wired and wireless keyboard . Anyone seen this issue before or can point me in the right direction ?

 

the card is VIA Technologies VL805 USB 3.0 Host Controller | USB controller
