Can I use unraid and then install drdb on top of it?  Has anyone done this?

 

My goal is to have too storage servers with synchronous replication over a 10gig line

    I expect not as I believe that drdb requires a kernel level driver that is not currently included in Unraid (although you should get official confirmation from Limetech that is actually the situation).

     

    having said that as long as it is not likely to have adverse side effects then Limetech might be amenable to including it in a future release if a feature request is raised.
