Moved my server to a new house. Docker tab hangs but some containers are running

Just as title says. Moved server, had a boot issue so updated bios and that fixed that. Now the docker tab hangs and never loads, some containers are running while others are not, and it seems like no containers have access to anything outside my local network. Went from comcast cable internet with an asus router to att fiber with their provided router if that makes any difference.  Will attach diagnostics below. Thanks all for your time and expertise!

    Normally all the provide routers have no way to get inside them for port forwarding and other things that you may need to change. I would add your asus router back in the mix behind the provided router and see if that will fix your issues.
