I would suspect that one of two things is occurring. 

 

(1)   You have some type of corruption in one of the files on your flash drive.  Shutdown the server, pull it and run chkdsk on it.

 

(2)  One of the Dockers (or possibly, a Plugin) is attempting to download a corrupted update file.
