NIC Bond not restart persistent

I'm having an issue with my UnRaid which has been happening since adding a 4 port NIC.  I have my management interface assigned to the builtin NIC and then a bond of 4 NICs (single card) assigned to Docker with custom bridged interfaces per docker, all with their own dedicated IP.  It works flawlessly, except on server restart, whereby I need to recreate the bond and bridge.  I've had to set my dockers not to autostart, each time I restart for any reason I need to manually recreate the bond and bridge, then bring the dockers up.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    To make use of bond1 at startup, you will need to create bond0.

    This means configure eth0 with bonding enabled and no other members.
