Fix Common Problems found /var/log is getting full. Suggest seeking assistance in forums. Attached you will find my diagnostics.

Looks like one of your unassigned devices (can't tell which one -> only that its formatted NTFS) has some corruption on it.  Probably best to plug them into a windows box and run chkdsk on them.

That's a 1 Tb 860 EVO running a windows 10 gaming vm,

If you don't mind me asking how did you find this?

The entire contents of the syslog is basically this over and over again

I ran chkdsk inside the windows 10 vm. It did its thing, then closed. Is that all there is to it?

Yes, it is still happening.

Just unmounted / re-mounted device and restarted Windows VM. So far no spam !!

Log spamming started again. Same problem as above. Windows 10 ssd corruption. Any thoughts?, seams to be random.

I did notice that trim did run around the same time the spamming started, and that the disk used space reports differently in Unraid than windows.

Now i'm getting this. Over and over again
