I have 2 SSDs(480GB) and 2 HDDs(8TB). Can I use them as a single array with 1 HDD and 1 SSD as parity drive and 1 HDD and 1 SSD as an array?

    SSD's are not recommended to be used in the array.

    But you could use on Hdd as parity one HDD as data and create a redundant cache pool out of the SSD's.

    All parity drives must each be the same size or larger than any data drives. A 480GB parity drive would limit you to 480GB data drives.
