Udit Bansal
I have 2 SSDs(480GB) and 2 HDDs(8TB). Can I use them as a single array with 1 HDD and 1 SSD as parity drive and 1 HDD and 1 SSD as an array? Quote Link to comment
Kevek79
Welcome to the UnRaid Community SSD's are not recommended to be used in the array. But you could use on Hdd as parity one HDD as data and create a redundant cache pool out of the SSD's. Quote Link to comment
JonathanM
All parity drives must each be the same size or larger than any data drives. A 480GB parity drive would limit you to 480GB data drives. Kevek79's suggestion is correct. Quote Link to comment
