davidst95
Hi, I am trying to assign a AMD RX580 to a Windows 10 VM. Whenever I bought up with it assigned I'm unable to ping or RDP into the VM. If I assign the integrated GPU or just VNC I have no issue. Also, when the RX580 is assigned I can plug a VM into and see the Windows 10 login screen. If anyone could give me any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. I am running UnRaid 6.7.2 with a I7-6700K and 32GB or RAM on a Asus Z270M motherboard. Thank you. David Quote Link to comment
david279
I had a bit of hell getting my rx 560 to work with any VM for a while, nothing but black screens. I had to stub the card from unRAID in the syslinux config. Now it works perfect. Quote Link to comment
davidst95
Thank you for the reply. I'm new to Unraid. Do you where I could get an example of a modified syslinux config a tutorial on how to make changes for the video card? Thanks again. David Edited September 8, 2019 by davidst95 Quote Link to comment
