Dell Perc H310 causing stability issues

I have been battling with issues of the system hanging and being inaccessible for the last few weeks.

 

Out of desperation I completely swapped 90% of the hardware last night as believed it to be either a CPU, Mobo, or PSU issue.

 

The only common hardware swapped was the drives, usb and Dell HBA.

 

Guess what... Exactly same problems, and what's more the issue I had before of only half the RAM being accessible has magically allowedy up on the new build and disappeared on the old.

 

I have applied the electrical tape to the pins and the card is flashed to IT MODE LSI v20.

 

Any ideas?

 

New HBA needed?
