Data disk failure, upgrade Parity to larger

Hello I have read several post but none gave a good / clear answer. I have an array of 4 2TB drives (1 Parity, 3 Data). One of the 3 data disk shows Errors/Disabled. I was going to upgrade to larger drives anyway. I would like to know how to, and in which order I should replace the drives with 3TB Drives without loosing data.

What if I removed the existing parity and cloned it onto a 3TB Disk? or Should I do parity swap procedure for larger disk then worry about data disk? I cannot replace data disk with a larger one.

    Assuming the data disk is really failed use the parity swap procedure.
