Need advice on IP range

Hi, I have my VM sophos on 172. range. On my VM Win10 I added 172. as a second IP static address and everything goes through the firewall.

 

My unraid server is on 192.168.0.xx range and my main laptop is on 192.168.60.xx (google mesh). I cannot access 172 sophos or the VM Win 10 on my laptop unless I install the Sophos SSL vpn.

 

Do I need to setup a single dhcp server or is there a better way to access Sophos than the vpn?
