hello not sure if this is the place for this topic. medusa is not moving files i have all my folder structure right do i need to change the access mode under the configuration tab on the docker in unraid

Any unassigned device mounted to a docker container should have an access mode of R/W: Slave for proper operation under some circumstances.  If this is your issue or not it is hard to say

okay still not working i have a hdd attached to usb catching all my DLs with no issue with sab but medusa is not moving them. any other things i can try

I don't use medusa, but first thing that pops into my head is that the host and container paths don't match between the sab and medusa
