Found the check box and it seems to have started. VM booted up and dockers started.

 

This stick better last a good long time. I got the Kingston you recommended. A dead stick within 12 months is a killer.

Thank you Squid for helping me out, sorry to have vented my frustrations!

My original USB stick is going to 10 years, and still running fine.

Hope your new USB stick lasts longer than a year

So I'm 6' 4" (1.93 meters for you internationals out there ).  My wife is a full foot (0.3 meters) shorter than me!

Really, 6'4" sounds a lot bigger than 1.93 of something.  I'm 6'5" so I have to translate that to 1.95 meters when travelling out of the US.  The Dutch are the tallest people in the world so I would probably be short in the Netherlands.

And the scale really blows things out of proportion. It makes it look like a huge difference between NL and the US/Canada/England when the difference is really only about 3 inches.

Funny thing is that I actually dress like the Canadian guy.   I call it a Canadian Tuxedo.  My wife has never understood why I believe that everyone else doesnt have any style compared to me 🤙

Nah.  It's stylish.  I've got my winter lumberjacket, my spring/fall lumberjacket, my day to day lumberjacket, and for the special occasions out with my wife when I want to annoy her my dress lumberjacket.  And to coordinate everything I've also got hoodies for all of the above.
