    I married the proverbial farmers daughter and can attest that that is her fathers idea of high fashion.

     

    When she graduated teachers collage he put on his suit (an actual business suit) and when his toe caught the hem it tore right off. Turns out he hadn't worn the suit since his wedding (30 years prior) and the fabric had rotted.

     

    At our wedding rehearsal he came down the aisle with his daughter on his arm he was wearing steel toe work boots. (Clomp Clomp Clomp down the aisle)

     

    He's a wonderful man, but a little stereotypical.
