November 9, 201015 yr I'm guessing that's a Seagate drive. They always read high on certain SMART attributes. The only one that worries me a bit is the UDMA CRC error count, but I don't know how serious that is.

Re-allocated sectors, Pending re-allocated sectors, temperature are some of the few. For almost ANY other you need to look at the (Normalized) "VALUE" vs. the "Threshold" The one counter that looks unusual is the spin retry counter. I'd make sure your power supply is up to powering up your disks. I've almost never seen that counter increment unless the drive is nearly worn out, or... the power supply is weak. (Check for a poor connection on the power cable too) UDMA CRC counts are checksum errors communicating with the disk controller. Again a poorly regulated power supply can induce noise causing the checksum errors) Notice that the current VALUE on almost everything is the original 100 or 200 and has not budged from the initial value set by the manufacturer. The drive looks reasonably healthy.
