But I'm getting a ton of conflicting information when it comes to the HBA I need to use in the new setup. What HBA would you use in an R730XD to do exactly what an H200 does in an R710? Thanks! Zonediver Posted September 27, 2019 Share Posted September 27, 2019 (edited) You need a HBA which is compatible with unraid - a LSI 9207-8i or a Adaptec HBA 1000-8i for example. But i think, you can use the H200 - its the same as the LSI 9210-8i. All you need is to flash to IT-mode because the H200 is a RAID-Controller.
