Unsupported Partition Layout after Reboot

I had my thumb drive die in my unraid box and when I reloaded Unraid to a new drive and tried to mount the drives one of them is saying I have an unmountable disk and that the partition layout is wrong. Is there any way to force unraid to read as XFS so I can at least get all the data off. I am able to access some of my data but not all of it so im assuming there is some data on the drive. Any thoughts?
