November 10, 201015 yr Here is a syslog that has some unmenu issues showing up. Not sure what else I can do without help. Thanks You apparently edited one of the unMENU files using an editor that added carriage returns to the ends of lines. That is a MS-Dos convention, not correct on Linux... the "^M" you see the syntax errors caused by the added "carriage-return" characters (the ^M)
November 10, 201015 yr Author Wow, if I did, I don't have any idea how. The only system alteration that I have made was on last Friday when I hooked up my router to my Unraid network. I had to go into the Network config and set it to "yes" for the DHCP. And then adding my XBMC mini computer to the network. I'm not sure how I should take care of this?
November 10, 201015 yr Author I've order a new hard drive and a new Sata cable that will be here tomorrow. Preclear and hopefully I will be back up and running this weekend. I wish I knew if my two issues are related, probably not. But I guess I won't know until I can get my array back on line and see if my data is there or not. This will be my 5th hard drive that I will have replaced since powering up my system for the first time, and that was on Sept. 11th of this year. Just to add to my troubles, my 5 drive, Raid 5, Nas that should be my back up system (if I can get this new set up and running) lost one of its drives now and is running in a degraded mode. Can you guess which drive failed! That's right it's number 5!
