Raylon
Got a new setup running with a Coraid case and Supermicro motherboard. Using 9201-16i HBA. It recognizes two cache drives and a random HDD I threw in but the HGST drives just show up with the option to Insert, not mount. Any idea what could be going on? jpowell8672
If you are you trying to mount them with unassigned devices plugin then: You need to enable destructive mode. Settings > Unassigned Devices > Change destructive mode to "enable" This will allow you to format the drives and then mount them. You only need to do this if you're not adding them to your array however. After adding them to the array it will tell you the drives need to be formatted. Quote Link to comment

Also the drives will not show up in dropdown boxes so I can't do much with them right now. Quote Link to comment
