I've seen this question pop up a few times in the forums but I've never seen an actual solution posted. I have a 1G symmetrical internet connection but i'm getting about 500K downloads from docker.  Can't seem to pin this down to anything. I'd say one thing i did notice, I tried to SCP a file to unraid and i was getting about 30k seems like the issue isn't docker specific but may be Unraid specific. I attached a diag

    For those that find there way here via Google. My issue was because the switchport was having lots of errors. I swapped out the switch optics and the problem was solved
