Getting "array health report [FAIL]" alert ??

I keep getting this alert. All these disks and all the hardware are brand new and empty.

What does it mean by "DISK INVALID"?  Is this just a normal warning you get when the parity drive is building for the first time? All I've done to these brand new drives is Preclear them. SMART shows no issues.

I've searched for answers and haven't seen this happen to brand new disks on first setup.

    It's rebuilding the drive.  Until that happens, the disk's contents is invalid.
