Upgrade from 6.6 to 6.7.2 won't boot

I just upgrade from 6.6x(I don't remember the exact version, sorry) to 6.7.2 via the upgrade tool. Everything seemed to be just fine, and I rebooted from the main and it now it won't start up. Not sure where to start to get it up an going.

    Never mind. I had changed USB drives and never made the new one bootable. So the few times i rebooted id stick the old one in and then it would boot fine and everything was okay. So, because of my laziness, it made it unbootable this time around. But by using the make bootable tool on the drive it now works.
