Nvidia GPU Pinning on window 10

My window 10 VM is pinning the GPU at full load and making the VM unusable this issue occurs after installing the Nvidia driver,

I added this to my XML and this enabled it to running for a while but is it is acting up again and i am not sure what to do,

Gpu: RTX2080 Super had same issue with Gtx 970

Mother board: Gigabyte gaming 7 z170x
