Server randomly losing connection

So I built a new server not too long ago with a Ryzen 1600 and a B450 aurous M motherboard. I have had no issues until last weekend when I powered it down and cleaned all the dust out. Now it wants to pull APIPA IPs (it even brought the rest of my network down at one point). I had it running Monday night, and into Tuesday night when it finally stopped responding again. I will attach my diagnostics file. Thank you to anyone in advance
