Hello!

Lets we got a crazy event occurring and both my parity drives and one data drive dies simultaneously and i loose the data on the dead data drive. I now want to access the other data on the other still healthy data drives, but the drives have been encrypted with unraids encryption.

How do i go about accessing this data when its encrypted?

Set a new config with only the good drives in data slots and access as normal.

So i have to mount them via unraid? lets say unraid is unavailable to me and i want to access the data of one of the single drives, is it possible to mount them with an encryption key outside of unraid?

Unraid is using Linux compatible file systems and encryption so you can always attach an array drive to a Linux system to read its contents.
