I recently picked up an Intel Pro 1000 PT dual nic would I benefit by using this over the built nic on my Mobo? Asus 310 Prime A

    It'll give slightly better reliability than the built-in realtek.  But, if you've got zero problems, then I wouldn't worry about it.

    Ok thanks @Squid That's what I thought my setup is currently 100% reliable so I'll just leave it as is I'll toss the nic in an pfsense scraps box I'm saving
