Dockers using different nic's

So I have two NICs (one on mb and one USB) is there a way to specify a particular docker to use one over the other?

 

Under Settings/Network settings I have them both active, and in Settings\Docker I see there are two interface listed br0 & eth1, (and eth1 is missing the gateway but cant add it)

then when avtivating docker and editing a docker container I do not see the option to select a different interface ethe1, just the original br0
