rclone sync disk to external disk (errors)

I'm trying to sync disk4 within my array with an external disk that shows up in unassigned disk, so the external mirrors disk4. I think I have the code right, but any help please.
 

I'm getting an error : error reading source directory: directory not found 

rclone sync /mnt/disk4/pictures/ /mnt/disks/external2/pictures/
