(SOLVED) Error in log general protection ip:4042af

Recently moved to new hardware, and looked at the system log today and saw this..

it occurs when I start my emby docker. If I don’t start that, I don’t get it. 
 

nothing obvious in the actual emby docker log. 
 

should I be worried?

    I’ve removed the emby docker I was using, and installed the one from linuxserver.io, no longer get the error so I’m happy
