I just got a dell perc h310 this is the first card that ill be ever flashing...

I followed this guide http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=12767.msg259006#msg259006 I did as it said I keep on getting Failed to initialize PAL so i went to efi and did the fallowing commands 

FSO: 

CD Boot

1.nsh 

after these commands I did as the prompt said until i got to the part where it said 5ITP7 I cant run that command it says not initialized when I get to that part I cant run 6.nsh the only two commands that show up in green when I do dir is 5ITDELL(Already did this one) and sas2flash.efi(It doesnt work)
