The 2 connections from the H700 go to the backplane of the hard drive bay that houses 12 HDDs. I would like a recommendation for a card that I can just install in place of the PERC H700 with only the 2 connection cables to the backplane that will support the 12 HDDs for use in unRAID. Has anyone used the same setup and have experience replacing this card with another that supports the 12 HDDs or can make a recommendation for a direct replacement? Thanks for any input!
