I clicked for Let's Encrypt certificate and even updated DNS - I want to revert these!

Featured Replies

So I did something stupid, I clicked "provision" thinking it would ask me certificate details to issue either a different self issued cert or use a CA of my choice.

But it went on to issue a Let's Encrypt cert and even changed the DNS to point to unraid.net.

I want to undo those changes. Please tell me this is possible.

I want my server to re-issue a self-signed cert and I don't want the server to switch to the public FQDN enforced by the system.
I have dynamic public IP.

Please help me.

Got to Settings -> Management Access. Turn on the GUI Help and scroll down to the Use SSL/TLS option. Set it to Off to revert to default HTTP operation. To use your own certificate set it to On. To use https://<long-hash>.unraid.net set it to Auto.

Thanks but no, it didn't work like you say.

If I set it to NO it indeed switches to plain HTTP.

If I set it to YES again, is the same as AUTO, it uses the Let's Encrypt cert that was already issued.

Is there no way to eliminate the Let's Encrypt cert and use another OR re-issue self signed?

(also I don't understand why I need to turn on GUI help... I did, it is the same, just has explanations)

EDIT: I found it. I need to remove files from the flash.

Which files did you delete?
