Hey Guys, Woke up this morning and the two directories on a  share with approx 90% of my data has disappeared although the space used on the array hasnt changed. 31tb/36tb.

 

 

Using the Console i went to the share and when i tried to list the files in the directory that are "missing" i get the error "Structure Needs Cleaning". Im assuming this has something to do with it as the other directories on the share are not showing this error.

 

Can anyone help?

The diagnostics show that you have file system corruption on disk5.

 

you should stop the array, restart it in Maintenance mode, and then click on disk5 to get to the dialog from which you can run a file system check on disk5.   The output of that should give an idea of how to proceed.
