I would love to buy a ready made server from Lime, but they always seem to be out of stock? This is what I plan to get so far. If there is better please advise me. November 15, 201015 yr The stuff you picked out is very nice!!... and way overkill for an unRAID only server. If you plan to run PS3Media Server, Airvideo, Crashplan, ect then you have picked closer to the correct stuff. If you only plan to run unRAID and a few addon's you can dial back on the server motherboard and the processor. Now with that said, if you don't want to build one yourself there are a few Hero Members on the forum here that may be willing to build one for you. Rajahal and myself are 2 that i know would be willing to and there may be others. If your interested in having one built let me know and we can discuss details via Private Message.

November 15, 201015 yr Even for using many addons the chosen configuration seems overkill. 8 core CPU? dual CPU motherboard? You are correct, The only reason I would get such a CPU would be to run the addon's I mentioned PLUS VMWare and quite a few VM's.
