Pulling my hair out here so any advice appreciated

 

Board: AOpen AX4SPE Max II 918AT10B01

Serial Number: 40901443KN57

Bus Clock: 200 megahertz

BIOS: Phoenix/Award Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG 07/27/2004

 

I can't for the life of ne get this thing to boot from USB, no matter what BIOS settings I use nor what USB port I plug into

 

anyone out there with a working config that can offer any advise
