I had a high quality usb stick, but for some reason the thumb drive failed. I had to replace it. It's asking for my registration key, which I've emailed Unraid about because I've lost that information. My question is, will I loose my information when I get my registration key recovered when I assign drives to the array?

No, you wont lose amy data (so long as you dont inadvertently assign a data drive to the parity slot)
