November 1, 20196 yr I am having trouble getting a trial key. I am in the GUI and I check the box for the EULA and privacy policy, I click start trial and the box "blinks" once and does nothing. NTP is enabled and functioning. Help
November 1, 20196 yr Author NTP updated from web, as well as I just upgraded via web to the beta UnRaid release in hopes that might change something. So yes, web is functioning.

November 1, 20196 yr Also possible your flash drive has disconnected. Use a USB2 port if you have one, they tend to be more reliable for booting.

November 1, 20196 yr Author Welp, I moved it to another network/internet connection and it started working. May have been caught up in AV scanning on the firewall, who knows. Guess we can close this. Thanks for the help Constructor.
