Is there anything that i can do on this (see image below) -- its very slow and causing bottlenecks on my VM where my vm disks are.

There is a known issue in the 6.7.2 release where writes to the array can ‘starve’ reads leading to this sort of performance issue.    It is believed that this issue is resolved in the current 6.8 rc5 release although that is still undergoing validation for other issues.

How do you get read/write speeds on the array page?

Clicking on a Hamburger/Dial/Menu button on top right on that tab, it switches between Modes.
