I recently started getting so errors on my parity disk.  Smart data shows all health drives.  Any Idea whats causing this? Do I need to replace that drive? thanks for any help.

It's a disk problem, but it can be intermittent, you can run an extended SMART test, if it fails it needs replacing, if not keep monitoring, especially this attribute:

It should be 0 on an healthy WD drive, if it keeps climbing there will be more read errors sooner or later.
