Fedora VM strange behaviour

I have a Fedora VM which i use day to day for work,I have passed through the GPU and a USB controller for mouse keyboard etc 95% of the time it works perfectly but sometimes it develops some strange behaviour the mouse will slowly drift across the screen or it just starts opening applications or creating desktop notes. I have tried a different mouse and keyboard to rule out a fault their and it still happens.

 

Does anyone have a suggestion on how i can figure out what is causing this.
