Disk failed during rebuild

Hi, I’ve had a disk fail during a rebuild of another disk, system is dual parity and it’s still going but it’s quoting me a month to complete.

 

I have more spare and I’m curious if I can Just cancel the rebuild of the disk in there and pull the broken one and start it back up, will it just rebuild both at the same time?

 

if not whats the best course of action?
